How to Get the Best Home Loan
My name is Brian Diez. You may have read about me in the Wall Street Journal, Yahoo Finance, Forbes, or Credit.com. I'm the guy with the reputation for telling it like it is, so you can make the right choices without the fear of getting ripped off. You have enough tough financial choices to make without some jerk taking advantage of you.
If you're here, then its safe to assume you need help with your home financing. First, let me commend you for taking the time to look for help. The world would be a better place if more people did their homework before jumping into a major investment.
Now down to business. Let me make it clear that I'm not a loan officer anymore. After 7 years in the financial sector I decided to specialize full time in credit repair. That said, my background and current position give me a unique advantage when it comes to finding my clients reputable home loan consultants.
My business naturally puts me in contact with some of the best consultants the mortgage industry has to offer.
I can tell in just a few minutes of talking to a loan officer if he or she knows what they're doing and if they truly care about their clients (as opposed to just caring about stuffing their pockets).
Though I'm not writing loans anymore, I can still help you make the right decision when it comes to your home mortgage. Let's face it. Your home mortgage is probably the largest single investment you'll ever make. You could use all the help you can get.
I've compiled a list of loan officers I am totally comfortable referring and I would have no problem trusting with my own home financing. Why more than one? Good question.
Its been my experience that every loan officer has access to different lenders. Some lenders have better terms than others. Some lenders do so much volume that they get special reduced pricing for certain borrowers. Also, the loan officers I use are more like consultants. They tell me what they think is the right move instead of just taking my order, so to speak. That's important. One consultant may give me a great idea, but not have the best terms and vice versa. My way, you improve your odds of getting the best loan and the best advice.
If you'd like to increase your odds of getting the best home loan, I'd like to help you.
I'm willing to send you to not one, but three of my very best consultants. Here's how this works.
- Click here to pull your credit and get our real FICO scores without hurting your score. You can pull it yourself for the purpose of pricing your loan. Personally, i'd get both Transunion and Equifax. Lenders will take your second highest score. There could be a biog difference between scores, so 2 is better than one. If Experian ends up being higher, your terms will be better. If they're lower, it won't effect your quote. Email me at info (@) scoremorecredit.com with your login and password. Let's save a tree and not fax anything, ok?
- Fill out my online referral request form. If you have an existing quote, email that to me as well.
- I'll forward your information to 3 of my trusted loan officers. They will price out your loan and get back to you with at least 2 quotes after a brief conversation with you. These ladies and gentlemen are top knotch professionals. They're head and shoulders above the shady characters mailing and calling you.
- You choose the loan officer and scenario that best mtaches your needs.
- After the closing, send me your HUD1 and GFE for comparison. If there's anything shady there, I'll tell you so you can kill the loan.
Here's the really cool thing about this scenario. You can compare and contrast one program against the other to get the best deal. Plus, the loan officer has an incentive to do right by you or lose my referrals. If any consultant gets 3 or more complaints in any 3 month period, they're dropped from my program...permanently.
I am not a lender, nor am I taking a loan application from you.
I do not take applications, make loans or credit decisions in connection with loans, nor do I issue commitments or lock-in agreements. I am not an agent for you, any participating bank, lender, mortgage broker or loan broker (I refer to all of these as "Lenders" or "Lender") or any third-party provider ("Provider"). You should rely on your own judgment in deciding which available product and Lender or Provider best suits your needs and financial means.
You are under no obligation to use anyone I recommend.
I do not guarantee that completing a request will result in you receiving an offer from a Lender or Provider, or receiving a loan or service from a Lender or Provider. There is NO fee for my referral, though the consultants I refer you to may charge fees. How much they charge is between you and them.
A referral request you submit is NOT an application for credit. Rather, it is a request to be referred to Lenders to receive conditional loan offers from Lenders. You may have to complete an application with a Lender before they will extend an unconditional loan offer. A Lender you select may require you to pay an application or other fee to cover the costs of an appraisal, credit report or other items. The Lender will determine the amount of any such fee and should provide information to you regarding the refundability of any such fee.
So that's the deal. Not much too it really. Simple usually works best. |

"Brian helped us purchase our first home. We were working with another broker who stopped returning our calls.
Brian had warned us that the rates he promised weren't realistic. He welcomed us back with no judgment. We closed on our house just 9 days later.
We refer everyone we know to Brian."

"Brian has helped us with our financial problems when other lenders could not or would not. He helped us through a difficult time when we were about to give up.
With Brian’s help we paid off $34,109.77 worth of credit card debt and lowered our monthly payments by $452.22. All that AND he handed us a check for $12,522.61 at closing to finish the repairs our house needed.
All of our friends and family members who we recommended Brian to were pleased with his services."

"I first came in contact with Brian was through a letter he mailed to my house. At first, I was hesitant to call because of all the false promises by other lenders.
I wanted to throw the letter into the trash can when my wife advised me to just make this final call to Brian and give him a chance. I was happy I did.
He helped us payoff $49,422.22 of debt, lowered our monthly payments, and got me a check for $5,419.37!
My family and I are very happy with Mr. Diez for his superb and excellent services. HE is a man of his word. "
